The enquiry form is the quickest way to check availability and make a reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email. If you need to cancel your booking, your confirmation contains a link to do so.
Booked tables are kept for 15 minutes past their booking time before being reallocated.
We accept walk-ins. The majority of the time we are able to seat groups without reservations.
We have different booking policies for different sized groups. Please see below for more information.
ACCESSIBILITY
Twist spans two floors. The first floor is accesible via stairs only. The ground floor is fully accessible. Please make a note on your booking if you require a ground floor table. We may not be able to accommodate this requirement for same-day bookings.
UP TO 7 PEOPLE
If we have availability at your desired time, Instant Book will be available. If you can’t book instantly please try an earlier or later time.
8- 16 PEOPLE
Please place an enquiry for your date and time. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding Mondays when we’re closed).
Your party may be seated across multiple tables next to eachother.
Depending on the date and time of your visit, you may be asked to pre-order food and first drinks.
A deposit of £6 per person will be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations or amendments before the deadline are fully-refundable. After the deadline, cancellations/amendments/no shows are charged at £6 per person.
Cancellation / amendment deadline: 72 hours before start time of booking
LARGE PARTIES (17+ PEOPLE)
Please place an enquiry for your date and time. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding Mondays when we’re closed).
Large parties will be seated across mutiple tables near each other.
You will be asked to pre-order food and first drinks.
A deposit of £10 per person will be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations or amendments before the deadline are fully-refundable. After the deadline, cancellations/amendments/no shows are charged at £10 per person.
